Wild Edibles Information Walk
Saturday, April 23rd 10:30am-12:30pm
No, not those kinds of edibles. Just thought I’d confirm that off the bat. This is a program put on by the New Jersey School of Conservation in Sandyston to teach you nutrition, safety, ethics, gastronomy, survival and fun science while on a fun hike! The program leader is a former science teacher with decades of enjoying wild edibles, so she is sure to offer good advice if you are looking to add foraged foods to your meals.
