Mamakating Library Estate Planning Workshop

The Mamakating Library, in partnership with the Hudson Valley Legacy Firm, will offer a free estate planning workshop on Tuesday, April 4th, at 12pm.
Join us as we demystify the Estate Planning process. Some topics include: the advantages and disadvantages of Living Wills & Trusts, planning for your long-term care needs, protecting your loved ones’ inheritances, how to qualify for and use Medicaid to pay for expenses, providing for special needs family members, and how to handle and/or avoid probate. Our goal is to take some of the stress out of this process and help educate and empower participants to make the choices that best suit their needs.
