Kindred Spirits Arts Program presents: Simple Gifts Duo, who will perform at 7 pm on Thursday, February 23rd at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 110 W Catharine St, Milford, PA. Tickets are $20.
The two musicians, Linda Littleton and Karen Hirshon combine tradition with innovation, presenting a wide variety of ethnic folk music, including Irish jigs, American reels, Klezmer songs, Gypsy melodies, and exotic Balkan dance tunes. The musicians switch between fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar, guitjo, recorders, bowed psaltery, hammered dulcimer, baritone fiddle, guitar, and percus,
